  • Dry white wine100 ml
  • Vegetable broth500 ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Kale Butter to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Chop the onion, sauté it with olive oil, add the arborio rice and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the wine until it evaporates, add the broth gradually until dry and reserve.
  3. In another pan, fry the bacon, pepperoni
  4. Let's finish the risotto, add the rice and stir for 5 minutes to incorporate the flavor.
  5. Add butter, parmesan, salt and pepper
  6. I like to fry the kale to give it a texture.
