- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Penne2 cup
- Sour cream1 cup
- Parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Water500 ml
- Mozzarella to taste
- In the pressure cooker, add the olive oil and quickly sauté the chopped onion, then the garlic.
- Add the crushed pepperoni and let it cool. Add the tomato sauce, the raw pasta (which can be penne or whatever you prefer), the cream, the pepper and the chopped parsley.
- Cover with water, close the pan and once you get pressure, let it cook for 4 minutes. Then, open the pan, add the grated mozzarella and serve!
