Olive oil3/4 cup
Minced garlic1 teaspoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese3/4 cup
Nuts or cashews1/2 cup
Spinach leaves1/2 cup
Basil leaves1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Ice cubes3 unit(s)

In the food processor or blender, start beating the olive oil, garlic and parmesan.
After the mixture is well processed, add the spinach and basil leaves, along with ice (ice will ensure the leaves don't brown).
Process until everything is finely ground. Store in a jar with a lid and store in the fridge for 7 to 10 days.
