  • (Dough) Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Margarine150 g
  • (Stuffing) Boiled and shredded codfish200 g
  • Chopped small onion240 g
  • Chopped parsley1 tablespoon
  • 50 g of minced fresh cheese50 g
  • Mayonnaise1 cup
  • Milk120 ml
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, egg yolk and margarine.
  3. Use a fork and then your fingertips until smooth.
  4. Line the bottom and sides of a removable quiche pan (26cm in diameter).
  5. Make holes in the dough with a fork and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  6. Reserve.
  7. (Stuffing) In a bowl mix the codfish, onion, parsley and cheese.
  8. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, milk and eggs until you get a homogeneous cream.
  9. Add to the cod and mix. Place the stuffing over the reserved dough and bake for 30 minutes or until the stuffing is firm and lightly golden.
  10. Serve next.
