- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour11/2 cup
- Purple Sweet Potato (already cooked and mashed)300 g
- Water11/2 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder to taste
- In a saucepan, add water, margarine, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and combine over medium heat. After boiling, add all the flour at once and stir non-stop until it comes off the bottom of the pan. Turn off the heat and add the purple sweet potato. Mix well. Let cool a little. After cooling, you can now shape the gnocchi of your choice. Put it on a platter, make the sauce of your choice and take it to the oven until it warms up. And it's ready. Simple and fast.
