  • Purple Sweet Potato300 g
  • Wheat Flour100 g
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Tomato Passata1 cup
  • Basil1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Cook the potatoes and when they are soft, remove the peel and mash
  2. Pass the mashed potato through a sieve and then add the flour, salt and black pepper.
  3. Mix the dough well on a countertop, make rolls and cut in the desired oven.
  4. Take it to cook in boiling salted water and when it floats it is ready to remove
  5. Sauté the gnocchi in butter with finely chopped basil and serve with tomato sauce made with passata
