  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  • Stuffing1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, place the warm milk, warm water, sugar, salt, egg, oil, yeast and mix well.
  2. Add the wheat flour gradually, beating for 10 minutes until the dough comes together.
  3. Cover with a tea towel and let it rest in the dark for 2 hours until it doubles in size.
  4. On your table, spread some flour and roll out the dough very thin.
  5. Shape as you wish, fill, close, brush with beaten egg yolk and bake at 180 degrees preheated until golden.
