- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast150 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese3 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, onion, olive oil and grated cheese until creamy.
- Add the chicken and beat gradually until it becomes a dough. If necessary, add water little by little to help beat. Or if using a processor is easier to beat.
- Mix in the baking powder and check the salt.
- Grease a 22cm loaf/cake tin with olive oil. Spread the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C, until golden on top. On average 20 minutes.
