- Washed and Drained Ground Beef1/2 pint
- Grated Onions2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella Cheese250 g
- In a pressure cooker, brown the onion with margarine, add the ground beef and let it boil for 5 minutes, always stirring. Add the tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt and stir well. Add the cream, stir, and then put the noodles, put 1 liter of boiling water and do not stir anymore. Close the pan and count 3 minutes when it gets pressure. Wait for the air to come out, put everything on a platter put the mozzarella cheese on top and take it to the oven just to melt the cheese.
