  • butter3 tablespoon
  • chopped onion1.2 unit(s)
  • diced ham2 cup
  • beef broth1 unit(s)
  • tomato sauce2 cup
  • water2 cup
  • chopped seedless tomatoes2 cup
  • Packet of penne pasta1 cup
  • sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Diced Mozzarella Cheese2 cup
  • Salt. to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling. to taste
  1. Heat a pressure cooker over medium heat, add the butter and fry the onion, ham and beef broth for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the sauce, water, tomato, pasta and cover the pan.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes, after pressure starts.
  4. Let the pressure release naturally and open the pot.
  5. Add the cream, the mozzarella, season with salt and mix. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
