  • Package of pasta (500 g) screw or penne1 unit(s)
  • ground meat for the stuffing or 300 g of finely chopped ham, or even 1 chopped pepperoni2 unit(s)
  • shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
  • sour cream1 can(s)
  • tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • chicken broth1 unit(s)
  1. In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add the ground beef and fry, if you prefer to use the pepperoni, fry well together with the onion and garlic.
  3. Add the chicken broth and cream to the tomato sauce and stir, add salt and spices to taste.
  4. Add the pasta, then add enough water to cover the pasta, stir and cover the pan, wait for it to boil.
  5. When the pan starts releasing steam, count 1 minute and turn it off, let it release all the steam and open.
