Pre-ready gnocchi1 kg
Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
Medium onions1 unit(s)
Butter2 tablespoon
Wheat flour2 tablespoon
Whole liquid milk2 cup
Chicken500 g
Mozzarella300 g
Parsley and chives to taste

Put the garlic and onion in the pan with the butter and let it brown.
Dissolve the wheat flour in the milk and slowly pour it into the pan, stirring constantly until the broth thickens.
Leave the chicken in a medium size to fry well, after that grind it and mix it with the white sauce.
Put some of the sauce on the bottom of a serving dish, pour the pre-made gnocchi and cover with more sauce.
Fill with mozzarella and take it to the oven until the cheese melts well.
Finish with parsley and chives on top.
