- Pre-ready gnocchi1 kg
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Medium onions1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Whole liquid milk2 cup
- Chicken500 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Put the garlic and onion in the pan with the butter and let it brown.
- Dissolve the wheat flour in the milk and slowly pour it into the pan, stirring constantly until the broth thickens.
- Leave the chicken in a medium size to fry well, after that grind it and mix it with the white sauce.
- Put some of the sauce on the bottom of a serving dish, pour the pre-made gnocchi and cover with more sauce.
- Fill with mozzarella and take it to the oven until the cheese melts well.
- Finish with parsley and chives on top.
