Potato1 kg
Cottage cheese1 can(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Butter3 tablespoon
grated mozzarella150 g
Oregano to taste
Sour cream1/2 can(s)
Salt to taste

Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices neither too thin nor too thick and put them to cook with a little salt, do not let them cook too much
Then drain the potatoes well and place them on a platter.
In a pan, put the butter and the chopped onion, let it brown and throw it over the potato.
Add the cream cheese and cream mixed, then throw the mozzarella and oregano on top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and you're done.
