  • large sliced ​​potatoes cooked al dente with salt3 unit(s)
  • beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • milk3 tablespoon
  • wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Salt and oregano to taste
  • Oil for frying to taste
  1. Mix breadcrumbs with grated cheese and oregano.
  2. In the beaten eggs mix the milk a pinch of salt and the wheat flour.
  3. Stir well to break up the clumps.
  4. Pass the potato slices in the breadcrumbs, in the beaten eggs and again in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in hot oil.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
