shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
Chopped ham200 g
Cream cheese150 g
Parsley1 to taste
Butter oil1 tablespoon

Cook the 6 potatoes and mash them until they become a puree, add the parsley, salt and a tablespoon of olive oil, mix well.
Add in a container all the fillings (cheese, ham, cottage cheese and parsley. Mix well too.
Grease a frying pan with butter and make layers in order of: mash dough, stuffing, mash dough. Fry one part for 7 min and then the other part for another 7 min.
