Potato lasagna with white sauce

  • potato600 g
  • Salt to taste
  • pre-cooked lasagna noodles500 g
  • sliced ​​ham200 g
  • mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • butter3 tablespoon
  • wheat flour4 tablespoon
  • milk6 cup
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • Skirt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
  1. Cook the potato in a pan with boiling water and salt for 5 minutes, drain, pass through a juicer, season with salt and reserve.
  2. For the sauce, in a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the flour for 2 minutes, stirring. Add the milk, stirring a little until it thickens.
  3. Mix Heavy cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. In a medium refractory, intersperse layers of sauce, pasta, mashed potatoes, ham and cheese, finishing with pasta and sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a medium-heated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, let rest 10 minutes and serve.
