  • Milk200 ml
  • Sour cream259 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
  • Parmesan cheese1 cup
  • Bacon1 cup
  • Cottage cheese250 g
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them with a mandolin , to make thin slices . Then cook for 5 minutes with water and salt.
  2. Mix the milk, cream, curd, cheese and nutmeg
  3. Grease a refractory with butter and after cooling the potatoes start assembling with a layer of potatoes and white sauce, at the end fry the bacon in small squares place on top and bake in a medium oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
