Potato500 g
Shredded Chicken800 g
Tomato1 cup
Onion1 cup
Pepper1 cup
Cottage cheese to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Salt to taste
Milk1 cup
Margarine1 tablespoon
Garlic to taste
Tomato sauce2 tablespoon

Cut the potatoes into cubes, cook them with water and salt.
Mash the potatoes, add the milk and margarine and set aside.
Take the shredded chicken to the pan, add the garlic, tomato, onion, pepper and tomato sauce.
Line the bottom of the refractory with mashed potatoes, add the chicken sauce on top of the mashed potatoes.
On top of the chicken add the curd, cover with the rest of the puree.
Add the grated mozzarella on top
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Serve with white rice and green salad.
