  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Pie1/2 unit(s)
  • Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Cheese100 g
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano0 to taste
  1. Remove the skin from the barbecue sausage and fry well.
  2. Add tomato, onion and bell pepper
  3. Then add the tomato sauce and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Reserve some of the sauce
  5. Blend the potato with 1 cup of its cooking in a blender
  6. Mix the potato cream with the sausage sauce and add the cheese.
  7. Season with salt, pepper and ooregano.
  8. Finish with the sausage or reserve and green smell
