  • Ricotta Cream30 g
  1. Cook the potato well and mash it with a fork.
  2. Mix the other ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Grease a plate, put half the dough, make a hole
  4. In the filling, I sautéed about 60g of chicken with onion and tomato, then turned off the heat and mixed 30g of ricotta cream.
  5. Put the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough, joining the ends and forming the bun.
  6. Pass the yolk over the top (it can be with your finger)
  7. Take it to the airfryer for 25 min, or a traditional oven preheated to 180°. ⁣
