  • warm milk285 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Potato1 kg
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl add yeast, warm milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt and a little flour just to get the “porridge” point.
  2. Let the mixture rest for approximately 1 hour.
  3. After growing, add the already cooked and mashed potato and the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Mix everything and knead the dough well for about 15 minutes, it should be very smooth and elastic. If necessary, knead longer and add flour.
  5. Divide the dough and form the buns.
  6. Brush an egg yolk (optional) and place in the oven. Oven preheated to 200 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes. They bake fast!
