- Boiled and squeezed mashed potatoes500 g
- Gems3 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- Whole milk2 tablespoon
- Egg white3 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground beef500 g
- Spices to taste
- Mix the potatoes and egg yolks, gradually add the wheat flour, alternating with the milk.
- Add the egg whites, salt and grated cheese mix well.
- Place in a greased triangular roast and take to the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and unmold onto a clean, damp cloth.
- Place the stuffing (if you prefer) over the dough, roll it up using a cloth and cover it with the sauce.
- Finish with grated cheese I used mozzarella but it can be your preference and then serve.
