- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- tomato paste1 cup
- Box of sour cream1 can(s)
- Water700 ml
- Seasonings and salt to taste
- Fry the calabrese sausage, then add the chopped onion, the garlic clove, then the tomato and tomato sauce, let it sauté well and add the water (wait to boil) put the pasta on medium heat, if the heat is high the water will dry out quickly and won't cook (add more water if that happens). After the pasta is cooked, add the cream and you're done!
