- Baking powder (chemical)1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 to taste
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Diced Ham250 g
- Diced Mozzarella250 g
- Palm300 g
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Pasta: In the blender: place the eggs, milk, oil, salt, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Beat well for 2 to 3 minutes. In a small house place the wheat flour, baking powder and add the mixture. Mix well until the mass is homogeneous. Reserve. Filling: In a refractory place the cheese, ham, hearts of palm, oregano, tomato and onion, mix well and set aside. Mounting: Grease a shape (25 cm) and place half the dough, on top place the stuffing, evenly distributed. Finally, add the rest of the dough and bake until golden. (180°) Serve while still hot to enjoy the melted cheese. Enjoy your food!
