- Organic yeast for breads1 g
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Mix all the dry ingredients and then add to the water (little by little until you get the point) and start kneading... open the dough and spread the spoon of olive oil on top, then continue to knead to incorporate the oil into the dough, let it rest and then open with the roller to start the preparation.
