Modo de Preparo

Dissolva o fubá em um pouco de água fria, não deixe muito mole.

Coloque 1 litro de água no fogo para ferver e dessolva o caldo de carne, adicione o fubá já dissolvido na água fria e osal.

Deixe cozinhar até que forme uma casca no fundo da panela.

Preparo do molho

Refogue a cebola e olho, acrescente a carne moída, sal e a pimenta.

Quando a carne estiver refogada acrescente o molho de tomate e 1 xícara de água deixe ferver por 11 minutos.

Modo da montagem

Coloque numa forma redonda metade da quantia da polenta, adicione por cima presunto e queijo, espalhe por cima molho.

Coloque mais polenta por cima, cubra com molho e salpique parmesão ralado e leve ao forno de 180 graus por 15 minutos.

Sirva morno.
