packet of lasagna pasta1 unit(s)
sliced mozzarella cheese300 g
Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
butter1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion to taste
Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
Milk4 cup
Gorgonzola cheese1 cup
cream cheese1 cup
Heavy cream1 can(s)
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste

For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter and fry the onion until it wilts. Add flour and fry quickly.
Add the milk little by little, stirring until it thickens.
Add the gorgonzola, the cottage cheese, the Heavy cream, salt and nutmeg, mix and turn off the heat.
For assembly, in a refractory, make layers of sauce, pasta and mozzarella.
Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients ending in sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
remove and serve
