- Tapioca Gum7 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Stuffing to taste
- In a container, mix the egg and tapioca well, beat well until well mixed.
- Add yeast and stir again. In a non-stick skillet, place the dough. When the dough starts to firm and unglue getting thin and uniform, turn off the fire.
- Assemble the pizza as you like: tuna, shredded chicken, cheese, tomato, Portuguese... Then cover the skillet for the heat to melt the cheese leaving it on low heat and serve.
