  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Salt7 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Skimmed milk powder21 g
  • Water180 g
  • Olive oil15 g
  • Sugar7 g
  • Corn starch5 g
  • Soybean oil to taste
  1. Mix the wheat, salt, sugar, starch and powdered milk.
  2. After mixing well, add the yeast and water. Mix everything well.
  3. You can use a stand mixer for heavy dough.
  4. After mixing well, add the oil and stir until it starts to knead.
  5. Knead for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Separate the dough into 3 balls and let it ferment for 2 hours or until it doubles in volume.
  8. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, sprinkling flour on the countertop, but not too much.
  9. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  10. Brush the soybean oil all over the dough. Use the tomato sauce you want and make the filling you like.
  11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
