- Wheat flour2/3 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- warm milk1 cup
- 1 Mix everything in a bowl with your hands.
- 2 If you don't find the right spot, add more flour until the dough comes off your hands.
- 3 Separate 4 balls of dough. Open them separately in the skillet.
- 4 Bake only one side to the desired doneness. Flip the dough.
- 5 Turn off the heat.
- 6 Add tomato sauce.
- 7 Cover the sauce with mozzarella, tomato slices and oregano.
- 8 Now bake the other side.
- 9 Cover so the cheese melts.
