Butter1 tablespoon
Wheat flour1 cup
Baking powder1 dessert spoon
Tomato sauce1/2 cup
grated mozzarella250 g
Sliced tomato2 unit(s)
crushed olives to taste
Oregano to taste
Sliced bell pepper1 unit(s)

In the blender, beat the milk, egg, salt, sugar, butter, wheat flour and baking powder until everything is incorporated.
Pour the dough into a pizza pan greased with butter and flour and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour in the tomato sauce.
Cover the dough with the grated mozzarella, tomato, olives, peppers and oregano. Return to the oven until the mozzarella is melted.
