- Wheat flour6 cup
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Warm water2 cup
- Organic Yeast2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Mix yeast and sugar in a bowl. Add warm water little by little and mix slowly. When dissolved, set aside at room temperature. On a smooth, clean surface, mix the flour and salt. Make a hole in the middle and add the yeast mixture. Add the oil and mix well. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers. Cover with a towel and let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts select 1 cover the rest with the towel Place the dough on a floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a 30cm diameter circle. Assemble the pizza with the flavors of your choice. Place in a preheated oven and bake over medium heat until the pastry is golden.
