  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Warm water450 ml
  • Fresh Organic Yeast80 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 coffee spoon
  1. In a large bowl, add the yeast and dissolve with the sugar. Then add the salt, oil, margarine and warm water. Add 500g of wheat flour and keep stirring and adding as needed until it releases from your hands and forms a firm but soft ball. Let rest covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. After the growth time, open the dough gradually and with wheat flour sprinkled on the table so it doesn't stick.. cut with the help of a glass and arrange in shapes. I fork holes to inhibit unnecessary growth. Bake in medium oven for approximately 8 minutes. Let cool and use with your favorite filling. Only the dough without stuffing can be frozen for 90 days.
