  1. Add the egg, sugar, salt and yeast, mix well.
  2. Then add oil, flour and water.
  3. Then knead the dough well until smooth. Don't make it too soft or too hard.
  4. Separate the dough into 4 pieces and let it rise, covered with a cloth so as not to dry the dough.
  5. Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and fill with the stuffing you want.
