- Wheat flour1 kg
- Organic dry yeast3 tablespoon
- Dough improver1 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Milk750 ml
- Soybean oil150 ml
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, improver and yeast).
- Then add the oil and mix.
- Add the milk, and knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes, gradually adding wheat flour until it comes off your hands.
