  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Refined sugar40 g
  • Salt20 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Oil40 ml
  • Water500 ml
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar and salt. Then add the yeast and mix well. Then add the oil and water, mix with a spoon and then knead by hand. Transfer to a floured surface and knead the dough for about 15 minutes until smooth and homogeneous. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, round the 4 pieces and put it in a shape covered with a damp cloth until it doubles in size. Then open the dough with a rolling pin, put it in the pizza shape and fold the edge of the dough forming the edge, pierce the whole dough with a fork and put it to bake for 5 minutes. Once the dough is baked, add tomato paste and the stuffing of your choice, bake at 180° for about 20 minutes. Your pizza is ready only if you serve it.
