  • Wheat flour3 cup

  • Ham to taste
  • Mozzarella to taste

  1. In a container you will put the biological yeast and together add the sugar and then add the oil.
  2. Now add the egg and milk and mix, when the mixture is homogeneous, add the wheat gradually.
  3. As soon as you can no longer move the dough with the spatula, it's time to take it to a bench and knead the dough until it's smooth, put a thread of oil on top and let it rest.
  4. Then stuffing to taste and put it in the oven, as soon as you bake you can enjoy it 👏
