- Wheat flour500 g
- Package Dry Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil25 ml
- warm milk250 ml
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough well. Adding the milk little by little can use less.
- Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin. I usually grease the mold with a little oil and make holes so the dough doesn't puff up.
- Stuff the pasta with sauce, cheese, olives and oregano. This would be the traditional mozzarella. You can make any flavor you like.
- Put in the oven to bake.
