Pineapple Cake 🍍

Bata os ovos com açúcar durante 1 minuto até ficar com a coloração esbranquiçada .

Beat the eggs with sugar for 1 minute until pale in color.

Após coloque a margarina e o suco do abacaxi e bata por mais um minuto.

Then add the margarine and pineapple juice and beat for another minute.

Assim coloque o trigo e o amido de milho misturando levemente com fuê , ou em velocidade mínima na batedeira.

So put the wheat and corn starch mixing lightly with whisk, or at minimum speed in the mixer.

Após ficar uma massa homogênea colocar o fermento e misturar levemente,  coloque em uma assadeira de 21 cm de diâmetro .

After getting a homogeneous mass, put the yeast and mix lightly, place it in a 21 cm diameter roast.

E asse em forno em 180 graus por 35 minutos , faça o teste com o palitinho para ver se já está assado . Se preferir  após pronto faça uma calda com abacaxi e jogue por cima .
