  • Olive oil2 tablespoon

  • Liquid milk3/4 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
  • cream cheese3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley to taste

  • Cold butter10 tablespoon
  • Egg yolk1 unit(s)
  • Ice water2 tablespoon

  1. In a pan put the 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the cleaned shrimp and sauté well.
  2. Remove the sautéed shrimp from the pan and in the same pan saute the chopped onion, garlic and red pepper.
  3. In a container mix well the liquid milk with the wheat flour and take it to the stew, still in low fire, stir well, add three tablespoons of curd, the braised prawns, parsley, salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. For the dough, in a bowl add the three cups of wheat flour, with the salt, the cold butter and with your hands mix the dough well. Add the egg yolk and two tablespoons of ice water.
  5. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Take a part of the dough, place it on a countertop, cover it with butter paper and with the help of a rolling pin open the dough. Then line a removable background shape, hit the dough well in the shape, with a kitchen brush brush the egg over the dough in the shape. Add the shrimp stuffing plus five tablespoons of cream cheese over the stuffing. Open the other part of the dough in the same way as the previous one and cover the casserole. Decorate as you prefer and brush with the egg.
  6. Take to preheated oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes. Then just serve.
