Ingredients: 200 ml Milk; 4 unit(s) Eggs; 150 ml Oil; 1 can(s) Cottage cheese; 50 g Grated Parmesan Cheese; 10 tablespoon Wheat flour; 1 teaspoon Salt; 1 tablespoon Baking powder

Misture todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, menos o fermento em pó, bata bem por 1 minuto

Mix all ingredients in a blender, except the baking powder, blend well for 1 minute.

Coloque metade da massa em uma forma untada, adicione o recheio e logo por cima adicione o restante da massa  

Put half of the dough in a greased shape, add the stuffing and then add the rest of the dough on top.

Coloque requeijão por cima e leve ao forno pre aquecido a 180°C por 40 minutos

Put cottage cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
