- Coarsely grated Parmesan100 g
- Olive oil200 ml
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Walnuts, almonds or cashews50 g
- Tagliatelle200 g
- In a pan put 2 liters of water. When it boils, add the macaroni. Cook and reserve.
- Put everything except the basil in the food processor, beat until just a few pieces. Add the basil and beat some more. You can freeze the sauce. When mixing in the macaroni, you can use a little of the cooking water to set the point.
