  • Wheat Flour1 kg
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Crystal sugar1/2 tablespoon
  • Milk American cups2 ml
  • American glass of water1 ml
  • Corn oil1 cup
  • Dry yeast for bread2 unit(s)
  • Grated cheese1 cup
  • Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
  • Sliced smoked pepperoni (stuffing)250 g
  • Chopped Provolone100 g
  • Oregano1 tablespoon
  • Seedless chopped green olives150 g
  1. First of all, put all the dough ingredients in the blender with the exception of the flour.
  2. Soon after, hit and pour the mixture into a large refractory.
  3. Then add the wheat flour.
  4. Mix until smooth, cover and let ferment for 40 minutes (in very cold regions leave 1 hour)
  5. Add stuffing ingredients
  6. Stir to mix the filling into the dough, divide into 4 panettone wrappers.
  7. Finally, let it rest for approximately 30 minutes and bake at 180 degrees until golden.
  8. Salted panettone option for a gift or for Christmas dinner.
