- Wheat Flour1 kg
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Crystal sugar1/2 tablespoon
- Milk American cups2 ml
- American glass of water1 ml
- Corn oil1 cup
- Dry yeast for bread2 unit(s)
- Grated cheese1 cup
- Essence of Panettone1 tablespoon
- Sliced smoked pepperoni (stuffing)250 g
- Chopped Provolone100 g
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Seedless chopped green olives150 g
- First of all, put all the dough ingredients in the blender with the exception of the flour.
- Soon after, hit and pour the mixture into a large refractory.
- Then add the wheat flour.
- Mix until smooth, cover and let ferment for 40 minutes (in very cold regions leave 1 hour)
- Add stuffing ingredients
- Stir to mix the filling into the dough, divide into 4 panettone wrappers.
- Finally, let it rest for approximately 30 minutes and bake at 180 degrees until golden.
- Salted panettone option for a gift or for Christmas dinner.
