  • Warm water1.1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1/4 cup
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
  • Pepperoni cut into slices300 g
  • Tomato sauce for pizza1 l
  • shredded mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Mix the warm water with the yeast and let it act for 10 minutes.
  2. Place the mixture in a bowl, add the oil, salt and wheat flour gradually. Mix well Knead well until it unglued from your hands. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts, sprinkle wheat flour on a bench and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin. Put the dough in a pizza shape and now just put the stuffing.
  4. Put a very generous layer of tomato sauce, put the pepperoni, pepperoni, onion and plenty of cheese. Add tomato slices and sprinkle with oregano
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
  6. This recipe yields two medium-sized pizzas. For the filling of the edge I used pieces of pepperoni.
