- Margarine1 cup

- diced pepperoni sausage4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Chopped seedless tomato2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Catupiry1 cup
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine, egg yolk and salt until crumbly.
- Add the water, little by little, until you form a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands.
- Plastic wrap and place in the fridge.
- In a pan, sauté the sausage in its own fat, until it starts to brown.
- Add the onion, garlic, tomato and sauté.
- Season with pepper, parsley, mix the Catupiry.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out.
- With one of the doughs, line the bottom and side of a pan, spread the stuffing, the slices of mozzarella and cover with the remaining dough.
- Make holes, brush with egg yolk and bake.
- Leave until golden.
