Water250 ml
Butter1 tablespoon
Oil3 tablespoon
Salt1 dessert spoon
Turmeric Powder to taste
Chicken broth1 unit(s)
Wheat flour500 g
grated pepperoni to taste
grated mozzarella to taste

Take the ingredients to the fire and when it boils, put the wheat flour at once, stir well for about 5 minutes until the dough comes off and cooks. Transfer to a bench and when it warms up, knead until it becomes a smooth dough. Model the drumsticks and put stuffing to taste. Bread the drumsticks (beaten egg and water), and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil.
