Coloque em um bowl 50 gramas de farinha de trigo, o fermento e um pouco de água para formar uma esponja e deixe descansar até duplicar de volume.
Em outro bowl colocar o restante da farinha de trigo, o sal, açúcar, a manteiga, o leite em pó, a água e um ovo. Fazer uma massa bem macia e adicionar o fermento que  estava descansando e  sovar até a massa estiver homogênea e deixar descansar por 30 minutos.

Após o descanso abrir a massa com ajuda de um rolo para rechear com a calabresa ralada e depois  fechar a massa como um rocambole. Colocar em uma forma untada e deixar a massa descansar novamente até duplicar o volume.

After resting, open the dough with the help of a rolling pin to stuff it with the grated pepperoni and then close the dough like a rocambole. Put it in a greased shape and let the dough rest again until it doubles in volume.

E por último separar ovo, a clara da gema, e usar somente a gema para pincelar o pão, após de todo o processo levar para o forno  durante 25 minutos.
