Oil1/2 cup
Unleavened Wheat Flour5 cup
Warm water2 cup
Sugar3 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Biological Yeast10 g
Mozzarella cheese100 g
Grated pepperoni3 unit(s)
Oregano to taste

In a bowl place the eggs, oil, warm water, sugar, salt, yeast and wheat. Mix everything very well.
The dough will be soft and a little sticky, don't worry, it's just like that.
Then add the pepperoni and cheese.
Transfer to an already greased baking dish, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour, the dough will double in size.
Sprinkle oregano on top and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden on top.
